given our History. I think our initial goal should be to make the
NCAA 2 out of 5 years, then 3 out 5 years probably being our ceiling.
He has to recruit better, though I am willing to let him build a
system team with guys that will stay 4-5 years. That means no NCAA
in the first two years of development and the NIT in year 3 and NCAA
in years 4-5. This could potentially be moved up a year depending
on progress.
Him losing our best two players sucked for him. Though we can't
just keep blowing up the program, too bad Tubby was not available
when we canned Felton.
A experienced coach like Tubby is what we needed.
