...for those who are indeed of legal citizenship status were the two
main points of her ruling and why she chose to block the "meat" of the
law.

You know, I agree with you...I'm no lawyer nor have I ever read that
much on federal law vs. the implementation of state law and how they
should co-exist. Still, every time I look at this ruling, it just
makes less sense. If it's that clear for me to understand, I would
think that any appellate judge (or the SCOTUS) would knock this ruling
down before you could blink.

Who knows, though. We live in very strange times.
