status. Which could take days or longer. Such a detention would be
an undue burden on your liberty, where a court has said you may leave,
and you otherwise cannot until your immigration status is checked.
Note that the arrest rule applies to every single person who is
arrested, meaning every single US citizen that is arrested in Arizona
must be subjected to such an immigration status check. That is
ridiculous.
