Who said anything about African Americans?

The subject is Hispanics, being Catholic, and voting as a block for
Democrats. Since they are illegal they can't vote anyway and there is
no real evidence how they would vote.

If we are really serious about stopping illegal immigration, make it a
manditory 14 days in jail for anyone who employs them. If they can't
find work, they stay home.
