To be honest, it makes no difference to me. In this case, she has
ruled in a liberal manner, but I don't know enough about her to make
the claim that she's always sided with the liberal ideology or not.

That's my point. It doesn't matter. This ruling she came up with is
so absurd that it doesn't matter what her ideology is.
